We have a pretty simple and straightforward refund policy. Each month you have 14 days (which start from the moment your subscription renews) to try our service and if for any reason you are not satisfied with our platform you have a right to request a refund for that month’s payment.

Upon completion of the refund process, your account will be terminated. To reinstate your account you’ll be required to pay for a month that has been refunded to you. After that, you’ll be able to choose the plan that you like and continue using an account!


Having such a generous refund policy we do not provide any guarantees. If you did not receive a desired result from the platform it qualifies as a liable reason for you to request a refund!
